Refund policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the product and packaging. We will happily assist with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
