Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Élanora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier. We are unable to replace stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
