Every Élanora order is prepared with care before beginning its journey to you.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the parcel has been dispatched. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, customs, or other circumstances outside Élanora’s control may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Élanora is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.
